How to Deposit and Withdraw Funds

The cryptocurrency section of Bifu currently only supports crypto deposits and withdrawals, allowing you to quickly manage your funds. Here is a detailed guide:

 

Deposit Guide

  1. Click "Assets"   After logging in to your Bifu account, navigate to the [Assets] section from the main menu.
  2. Click "Deposit"   On the [Assets] page, click the [Deposit] option to start the deposit process.
  3. Select Payment Method   Bifu currently supports USDT deposits and is compatible with three networks: ERC20, BEP20, and TRC20.
  4. Select the Desired Network   Choose the network corresponding to the USDT you want to deposit (ERC20 / BEP20 / TRC20).
  5. Confirm the Official Deposit Address   Verify the official Bifu deposit address displayed on the page to ensure the information is accurate.
  6. Complete the Transfer   Transfer the USDT to the official designated address, making sure the network matches your selection.
  7. Wait for the Deposit to Arrive   After the system confirms the transfer, the deposit amount will be shown on your assets page.
 

 

Withdrawal Guide

 
  1. Click "Assets"   Log in to your Bifu account and go to the [Assets] section from the main menu.
  2. Click "Withdrawal"   On the [Assets] page, click [Withdrawal] to start the withdrawal process.
  3. Select Withdrawal Account   Please choose the withdrawal destination—an external USDT wallet address.
  4. Click "Add New"   If this is your first withdrawal, click [Add New] to add and save a new withdrawal address.
  5. Fill in Account Information   Fill in the USDT wallet address and network information as prompted.
  6. Confirm the Withdrawal Account   After filling in the details, click to confirm the withdrawal account you are using.
  7. Enter Withdrawal Amount and Submit   Enter the withdrawal amount and submit the withdrawal request.
  8. Withdrawal Completed   After the system processes the request, the funds will be transferred to your USDT wallet. The arrival time depends on the blockchain network status.

  • Please ensure that the USDT address and network type (ERC20, BEP20, TRC20) for both deposits and withdrawals are consistent to avoid losing funds.
