How to Deposit and Withdraw Funds

The cryptocurrency section of Bifu currently only supports crypto deposits and withdrawals, allowing you to quickly manage your funds. Here is a detailed guide:

 

Deposit Guide

  1. Click "Account"   After logging in to your Bifu account, navigate to the Assets section from the main menu.
  2. Click "Deposit"   On the [Account] page, click the [Deposit] option to start the deposit process.
  3. Select Payment Method   Bifu supports a variety of cryptocurrencies such as USDT, ETH, BTC, and BNB. Supported blockchain networks vary by token—please choose according to your needs.
  4. Select the Desired Network   Based on the selected token, choose the correct blockchain network (e.g., TRC20, ERC20).
    ⚠ Make sure the selected network matches the one used in your external wallet or exchange.
  5. Confirm the Official Deposit Address   Verify the official Bifu deposit address displayed on the page to ensure the information is accurate.
  6. Complete the Transfer   Transfer the cryptocurrency from your wallet or another platform to the provided deposit address.
    Ensure the blockchain network matches your selection in Step 4.
  7. Wait for the Deposit to Arrive   After the system confirms the transfer, the deposit amount will be shown on your assets page.
 

 

Withdrawal Guide

  1. Click "Account"   Log in to your Bifu account and go to the Assets section from the main menu.
  2. Click "Withdraw"   On the [Account] page, click [Withdraw] to start the withdrawal process.
  3. Select Withdrawal Token   Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw and confirm that the withdrawal will be sent to an external crypto wallet address.
  4. Fill in Account Information   Enter the wallet address and select the corresponding blockchain network (such as ERC20 / TRC20).
    ⚠ Always ensure the wallet address matches the selected network type.
  5. Confirm the Withdrawal Account   After filling in the details, click to confirm the withdrawal account you are using.
  6. Enter Withdrawal Amount and Submit   Enter the withdrawal amount and submit the withdrawal request.
  7. Withdrawal Completed   Once processed, the funds will be transferred to your specified wallet address. Arrival time may vary depending on blockchain network congestion.
