According to crypto analysts, XRP whales deposited $112.4 million into Binance, marking the largest inflow seen in seven months. The transfer indicates increasing selling pressure from large holders.
Still, recent figures indicate that the most intense selling could be subsiding, and market participants are monitoring important price thresholds.

Whale inflows measure substantial transfers from large holders to exchange platforms, typically preceding a possible sale. Here, crypto analyst Darkfost tallies transactions of over 1 million XRP.
These movements are significant because holders can liquidate tokens on an exchange in minutes. Thus, increasing inflows tend to signal near-term price declines.
The inflow spike aligns with XRP's recovery of over 30% since August. Consequently, many big holders seem to have taken the rally as an opportunity to secure gains.
The monthly average inflow increased by around $72 million, compared to an average of about $90 million over the prior three months. Also, daily peaks occasionally exceeded $400 million.
But recent figures indicate that inflows are reverting to more typical levels. This suggests that the most aggressive selling pressure might have abated, for the moment.
XRP is currently trading around $1.33, per BeInCrypto data. The 24-hour range is $1.32 to $1.40, with a market capitalization of approximately $84 billion.
Technical analysts are split on XRP's outlook. CryptoBusy points out that XRP is testing a key descending resistance trendline on the four-hour timeframe. The asset recently rose from $1.26 toward $1.40.
If the $1.38 to $1.40 zone is decisively breached, it could provide a path to $1.45 and $1.50. On the other hand, if XRP cannot hold $1.33, it might decline toward $1.30 or as low as $1.26.

In contrast, EGRAG Crypto provided a more cautious perspective. His chart sketch suggests a possible drop to $1.18 before a move to $1.63 and $1.80. He emphasized that this is just a guess until price action validates it.
On a more optimistic note, Ali Martiez has an immediate target of $1.55, provided key support levels are maintained. Currently, the $1.33 level serves as the dividing line between a bounce and a more significant decline. Traders might seek additional confirmation before committing to either outcome.
Nevertheless, major holders can rapidly shift market dynamics, making exchange inflows a crucial indicator to monitor.
