BiFu has listed FUIDL for eligible institutional and professional investors, adding a tokenized USD liquidity product linked to a money market fund to its RWA offering. Access, settlement, liquidity, and jurisdictional restrictions remain subject to the applicable product terms.

BiFu has listed Finloop USD Instant Digital Liquidity (FUIDL) in its asset offering for eligible institutional and professional investors. The listing adds a tokenized USD liquidity product to BiFu's real-world asset (RWA) lineup and gives qualifying users another route between digital-asset markets and traditional cash-management instruments.

Finloop Finance Technology Holding Limited (Finloop) supports the issuance as the tokenization agent. According to the launch materials, FUIDL is linked to an international AAA-rated US-dollar money market fund. Investors should still review the fund, token, issuer, distribution, custody, redemption, fee, and jurisdictional terms before making a decision. A high credit rating does not remove market, liquidity, counterparty, operational, legal, or technology risk.

One Account, A Broader Asset Range

BiFu is building its product lineup around a single account that connects multiple asset categories. The platform's stated aim is to reduce the need for users to maintain separate access points for crypto, foreign exchange, commodities, US equities, and RWA products.

FUIDL extends that lineup into tokenized cash management. For eligible investors, the product is intended to provide access to a US-dollar money market strategy through a tokenized structure. This does not mean that a holder directly owns the fund's underlying cash or securities. The holder's rights depend on the legal and operational structure described in the applicable product documents.

Same-Day Accrual and Flexible Subscription and Redemption

The launch materials state that FUIDL supports subscription and redemption processing measured in hours, with interest accrual beginning on the same day, subject to the time at which funds are received. This structure is designed to shorten the delay that can occur in traditional money market fund processing.

The timing is not unconditional. Actual completion may depend on cut-off times, banking and blockchain processing, identity and eligibility checks, network conditions, liquidity, and the product's subscription and redemption rules. Investors should confirm the current terms before treating the product as immediately available cash.

The product should therefore be assessed as a tokenized investment instrument, not as a bank deposit or a substitute for insured cash.

For BiFu users who allocate capital across different markets, the listing is intended to add another way to manage funds between trading activities. It does not guarantee yield, capital preservation, continuous liquidity, or redemption at a particular time or value.

What Supports FUIDL

The launch materials describe FUIDL's underlying exposure as an international AAA-rated US-dollar money market fund that invests primarily in high-credit-quality cash and cash-equivalent instruments. The tokenized structure is intended to make transaction and reserve information easier to monitor through smart-contract and on-chain records.

On-chain visibility has limits. A blockchain record can show token movements and published data, but it does not independently verify every off-chain asset, valuation, custodian balance, legal right, or operational control. Investors should use the issuer's disclosures, fund documents, audit or attestation materials, and redemption terms when assessing the product.

A Multi-Chain Structure

FUIDL uses a multi-chain issuance architecture designed to support deployment across more than one blockchain network. That structure may help the product connect with different platforms, wallets, and on-chain services over time.

Each deployment introduces its own technical and operational conditions. Smart-contract risk, bridge risk, wallet controls, network congestion, supported chains, and transfer restrictions can differ. Availability on one network or platform does not imply that every user, jurisdiction, wallet, or protocol can access the product.

What the Listing Means for BiFu and Finloop

For BiFu, the FUIDL listing expands its RWA product range and provides practical experience in distributing tokenized financial products to eligible users. For Finloop, the collaboration extends FUIDL's distribution to a multi-asset trading platform with an international user base.

A BiFu representative said:

We are building a platform that can support users' global asset-allocation needs. The FUIDL listing gives eligible users another way to access a transparent and liquid US-dollar cash-management product alongside digital-asset markets. It is consistent with our vision of trading global assets through one account and marks another step in our RWA development.

Finloop CEO Cai Hua said:

We are pleased to extend FUIDL's distribution to BiFu, a multi-asset trading platform with a global outlook. Finloop will continue to prioritize compliance and technology as we develop RWA tokenization with partners across Web2 and Web3.

The companies plan to explore further collaboration around FUIDL and other tokenized products, including secondary-market mechanisms and liquidity development. Any future feature or product will remain subject to technical readiness, product documentation, eligibility rules, and regulatory requirements.

Key Points for Eligible Investors

Before accessing FUIDL, investors should confirm:

  • whether they meet the institutional or professional-investor eligibility requirements;
  • which legal entity issues or distributes the token and what rights the token represents;
  • the underlying fund, valuation method, custody arrangement, fees, and any rating limitations;
  • subscription and redemption cut-off times, settlement conditions, and liquidity constraints;
  • the supported network, wallet, transfer, smart-contract, and operational risks; and
  • jurisdictional restrictions and the current product disclosures available through BiFu and Finloop.
