All-asset trading platform Bifu has brought its assets and trading services under BiNet, a unified asset trading network linking cryptocurrencies, forex, commodities, stock CFDs, real-world assets (RWA), and prediction markets to one account and funding system. Complete KYC once, and every market opens with the same account and the same pool of funds. More than a reorganization of features, this is a shift in positioning: from an all-asset exchange to a "network that unifies assets."

A Fragmented Asset World: The Industry Problem BiNet Targets

Every asset class has its own market, and between markets, accounts, verification, and funding channels each run their own way. A multi-market trader typically keeps crypto on one exchange, forex and gold with another broker, and stocks in a third account; when a move happens, the money is often elsewhere. Shifting it takes hours at best, days at worst, and by then the window has closed.

Broken down, the fragmentation shows on four levels:

  • Identity: one person, verified repeatedly across markets;
  • Capital: one pool of funds, scattered across disconnected accounts;
  • Risk: cross-market exposure without a single account and risk framework;
  • Compliance: each market's onboarding running in isolation.

At bottom, this is an infrastructure problem, not a product one. Between the markets, a network is missing. BiNet's answer is to tear down the walls: not more assets, but one shared entry for all of them.

BiNet: Connecting Fragmented Markets Into One Network

BiNet is Bifu's unified asset trading network. It is not a product users open, and not the name of one technical layer; it is what connects six markets into a single account and clearing framework. Bifu is the platform users see, BiNet is the network behind it, and each market that joins reuses the same set of capabilities.

Think of mobile roaming: travelers don't buy a new SIM in every country, because interconnected networks keep one number reachable everywhere. BiNet gives capital the same property: no new account per market; once on the network, funds are "online" wherever the action happens. Crypto exchanges standardized on-chain assets into tokens; brokers standardized stocks and bonds into uniform products; BiNet unifies the point of access itself. For users, one line: One Account. Any Asset. Anywhere.

Four capabilities connect the markets: unified identity, funds, risk, and compliance. That means one KYC covering six markets, fiat and crypto funding with internal transfers, one view of cross-market exposure, and a single account relationship carrying each market's onboarding requirements. The unified account is the first result users feel: every asset line reachable, funds moving freely between markets, no repeated onboarding.

Bifu: The User Entry Into Six Markets and Wealth Management

BiNet is the network behind; Bifu is the entry users see. Six markets are connected today:

  • Crypto: spot and derivatives on BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, and other major coins;
  • Forex: CFDs on major pairs across currencies including the euro, the US dollar, and the Australian dollar;
  • Commodities: price exposure to gold, silver, crude oil, and other commodities;
  • Stock CFDs: participation in stock price moves without holding the shares;
  • RWA: rights to real-world assets digitized and connected to an online investment process;
  • Prediction markets: event-outcome contracts across geopolitics, crypto, sports, weather, and the economy, priced in real time against the market's read on each outcome; popular events have reached tens of millions of dollars in cumulative volume.

Markets will be added; the entry stays the same.

Wealth management connects to the same network. Asset owners plug real assets into it, and users subscribe, hold, and transfer within one account. There are three product lines today:

  • RWA: primary-market equity, covering unlisted companies and pre-IPO projects in AI foundation models, hard tech, and commercial aerospace;
  • Strategy yield: secondary and secondary-adjacent strategies, including HK-equity anchoring, proprietary FX asset management, crypto quant, supply-chain finance, and fixed income;
  • Notes: structured fixed income: collateralized, insured private notes with defined terms, seniority, and repayment sources.

The three lines share one issuance, custody, and clearing framework, auditable from issuance through trading, and returns come from the underlying assets rather than platform subsidies. Each product is labeled with its risk level, term, remaining quota, and minimum investment.

Running six markets at once rests on infrastructure users never see: liquidity aggregated from 200+ exchanges and market makers; a proprietary matching engine with sub-millisecond end-to-end latency; smart order routing that runs 24/7; and a complete account-routing-matching-clearing chain. On security, user assets are segregated from operating funds, with third-party custody and independent audits; the large majority of assets sit in multi-layer cold storage under multi-party authorization, while hot wallets hold only the day's liquidity needs; an AML/KYT engine monitors on-chain activity in real time; outside security firms run regular penetration tests and code audits; and an investor-protection insurance fund backstops extreme events.

From a Major Football Campaign to All Markets: A Completed Proof

This is not a thesis that lives only on an architecture diagram. In June and July, Bifu's World Cup campaign "Football Without Borders" put networked trading through a test at scale: 13,999 users took part, predicting 464,443 total goals between them, and forex notional volume over the campaign topped US$160 million.

The behavior behind those numbers matches what BiNet was built for. Attention moved to the matches, and trading moved with it. Many users arrived for a sporting event, entered the prediction market, and went on to trade forex from the same account. Once the walls between markets come down, capital and attention cross them on their own.

For users, that value compresses into a single line: wherever the opportunity is, that is where you are. On the network side, it means connected markets. On the user side, it means one entry: when an opportunity appears, the funds are already in place, with no new account to open, no transfers between platforms, no full onboarding process to repeat. Crypto traders fear missing the move, and FX veterans fear being absent on a key data night. Both are the same feeling, and the unified account answers it the same way: Be here, for you.

Bifu's CEO put the problem this way: "A trader's assets today sit in several places — crypto in one account, forex in another, stocks and RWA in a third. When opportunity appears, the money often isn't in that market, or takes hours or days to get there. BiNet solves exactly that: capital flowing between markets instead of sitting in silos."

The unified account is the most direct result this network delivers to users. And the network keeps growing: more markets will connect, while the user entry remains one and the same.
