Users can unlock higher VIP levels by maintaining active trading, increasing their asset balance, and contributing greater trading volume. Higher VIP levels provide lower trading fees, higher withdrawal limits, and a range of exclusive benefits.

VIP levels are evaluated using a rolling 30-day assessment. The system automatically calculates each user's progress based on the most recent 30 days of activity and updates the VIP level daily.

How to Upgrade Your VIP Level

The system reviews each user's most recent 30 days of data every day at 24:00 (UTC+8) and recalculates VIP progress. Once total VIP progress reaches 100%, the system automatically upgrades the account.

• Rolling 30-day data is calculated daily

• Accounts are upgraded automatically once requirements are met

• Users may be upgraded directly to the highest level they currently qualify for

• Automatic upgrades are supported up to V6

• V7 is invitation-only and can only be assigned by the Business Development team or configured manually

Why hasn't my VIP level upgraded immediately?

VIP levels are recalculated every day at 24:00 (UTC+8) using the most recent 30 days of data. Once your account meets the requirements, please wait for the daily system update.

Why did my VIP progress decrease?

BiFu VIP uses a rolling 30-day assessment. When older activity falls outside the calculation window, your progress is recalculated using the latest 30 days of data.

Why wasn't I upgraded even though my trading volume reached the target?

Overall VIP progress is calculated from Active Trading, Net Deposits, and Trading Volume. V5 and V6 also require the minimum Active Trading Progress and Net Deposit Progress thresholds to be met.

How can I upgrade to V7?

V7 is invitation-only and is not available through automatic upgrades. Please contact the BiFu Business Development team for more information.

When will my trading fee rebate be credited?

Eligible trading fee rebates are settled at 24:00 (UTC+8) on T+1 and automatically credited to your account.
